Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the preparation of marketing materials such as 3D perspectives, walkthrough videos, brochures, presentation decks, content drafts, and basic marketing collaterals (production to be executed with internal teams or external consultants).
  • Assist in managing and updating content for company and project websites to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
  • Support social media and digital marketing activities, including content scheduling, basic post coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in copywriting and content development for marketing materials, announcements, email communications, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing-related activities for corporate and projectbased initiatives such as project launches, exhibitions, seminar, group visit, festive thematic decoration, private events, and site visits.
  • Basic designing of simple marketing materials and basic video editing are encouraged.
  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, media agencies, and consultants for marketing-related coordination and follow-ups.
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing projects, timelines, and documentation.
  • Monitor marketing activities and assist in preparing basic reports or summaries for internal reference.
  • Carry out any other marketing-related duties as assigned by the directors and Marketing Manager

 

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1 year of work experience in related field is preferred
  • Basic understanding or interest in marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Video editing skills will be considered an added advantage.
