Key Responsibilltles

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing communication plans for corporate branding and project developments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product positioning, and launch timelines.
  • Develop & execute marketing initiatives for both company branding and property development projects in accordance with the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Assist in the planning, monitoring and administration of project marketing budgets, and campaign expenditures to ensure effective allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Support the development of annual marketing strategies, campaign calendars, and project launch plans based on market trends, business objectives, and sales targets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the development of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, presentation decks, project videos, 3D perspectives, walkthrough videos, sales gallery materials, and promotional collaterals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness and generate quality leads.
  • Manage and update company and project websites, ensuring all content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with the latest project information.
  • Plan and manage social media content, digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and campaign performance analysis to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare marketing content, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials In collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and project-related events, including project launches, exhibitions, private previews, seminars, investor events, media events, group visits, festive campaigns, and site visits.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, creative agencies, media agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, and production vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the department’s ISO documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, records, and other quality management documents to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Prepare marketing report, approval papers, and presentation materials for Management, Development Committee (DevCo), and Board approval where required.
  • Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trend analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Perform any other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Directors and Marketing Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Property Management, or a related discipline.
  • Marketing Executive: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Senior Marketing Executive: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in propedy development, real estate, construction or a related industry.
  • Good understanding of marketing, branding, digital marketing and marketing communications.
  • Able to travel independently and undertake outstation assignments across Malaysia to support project launches, exhibitions, events, site visits, and other marketing activities.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision & work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva (PowerPoint, Word. Excel).
  • Basic photo or video editing skills and skills on reading the building plans/drawings will be an added advantage.
