Be Part of Our Team – Park Management Executive

United Park Management Sdn Bhd is a management company appointed by the Developer, IPark Development Sdn Bhd for Security Services, Landscape Maintenance in our Gated and Guarded Industrial Park.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • To support and coordinate on park management day to day operations, policy and administration work of maintenance, management system and security service.
  • To liaise with operators and the account department on all matters related to gated development service charges/maintenance fees and/or deposits collection and refunds, ensuring information in system is always kept up to date and accurate.
  • To assist and process on procurement, negotiation, cost comparison in accordance with established procedures, and to coordinate with contractors/suppliers/service providers for Park Director/ Operation Executive or top management consideration and approval.
  • To assist with scheduling of contractors/suppliers/service providers’ maintenance work and coordinate with operators/stakeholders.
  • To compile and submit complete documents for expense reimbursement claims to the account department.
  • To create, update and maintain database records i.e. operators info/contacts list, emergency contacts, etc.
  • To handle document management duties— receive, classify and properly store all documents (including drawings, memo, contractual agreement and correspondence)
  • To check attendance records and handle-Overtime (OT) summary/calculation for foreign workers.
  • To be responsible for Visitor Management System (VMS) Application matters, such as checking and verifying various application information, including enters, updates and maintains accurate data of access requests in the VMS.
  • To compile and generate monthly/ quarterly maintenance and monitoring reports (i.e. landscaping, security, visitor management system, etc).
  • To support Park Director/ Operation Executive by producing, modifying and/or distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals/handbooks, presentations, minutes of meeting and/or miscellaneous type-written information for operators/stakeholders.
  • To handle feedback/ complaint submissions and ensure timely follow-up with relevant authorities /regulatory bodies.
  • To attend and manage inquiries, feedback and complaint’ correspondence professionally (via emails, walked-in, visitor management system and/or incoming call and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • To provide high quality and professional customer service and to maintain good rapport with customers.
  • To assist Park Manager in organizing and delivering AGM/committee meetings and or orientation programme for onboarding operators/stakeholders.
  • To assist in the planning and execution of in-house activities and community engagement programmes, including social media content development and event promotional materials creation.
  • To assist Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C) in the implementation of OSH-C functions and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • To assist on ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Park Director/ Operation Executive.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Preferably 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Preferably in property management/real estate administration role.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
