Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential land and property development opportunities through research, data analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Support development planning, project concept alignment, and commercial structuring.
- Support management in preparing business proposals, feasibility reports, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with planning, design, and technical consultants to align project concepts with market needs and compliance requirements.
- Assist in land negotiations, due diligence, documentation review and project approvals.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and project implementation.
- Monitor land policies, development trends, and regulatory updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development, land matters or feasibility analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with structured thinking ability..
- Good understanding of local authority procedures, development approvals, and land-related processes.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
