Join Our Team as a Manager / Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)!
Central Gateway Development Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between AME and KLK, both listed on Bursa Malaysia. Together, we are developing a modern and well-planned industrial park.
What You Will Gain:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team for a high-impact industrial development.
- Work closely with clients on industrial building designs and specifications.

- Be based at our Sales Gallery in Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Provide constructive feedback for improvements to Management.
- Guide and conduct market surveys in formulating sales strategy.
- To initiate, plan, execute and monitor marketing activities according to schedule.
- Respond promptly to customer and sales enquiries, including coordination with agents, bankers, and solicitors.
- Ensure timely execution of legal documents for concluded sales.
- To ensure all necessary sales & marketing documentations are compiled in an orderly manner for internal use/external proposals/contracts purposes.
- Assist on liaising the end financing packages & documentations for any new or existing projects.
- Work closely with Sales Administrator as to monitor progress billing and payment collection status; engage with purchasers when required.
- The company complies with ISO standards, and your actions must align with these requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/ Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- With at least 4-years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in the Property Market is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and relevance to the Industrial real estate market is an added advantage.
