We’re Hiring: Shop Assistant

Dynamic Innovative Venture Sdn Bhd, under i‑Stay Management Sdn Bhd, delivers innovative services for worker accommodation, including canteens, convenience stores, and daily living facilities. We focus on quality, efficiency, and creating a supportive environment for residents.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage daily store operations, including stock handling, product arrangement, and maintaining a clean and organized grocery area.
  • Receive and check incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to maintain adequate stock availability.
  • Record received goods accurately in the system (AUTOCOUNT).
  • Maintain proper stock control to support efficient store operations.
  • Support the team by carrying out additional tasks as assigned by Management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a fast-paced and productive work environment.
