GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kelvin Lee Chai

Responsible for the overall business growth and direction, strategic corporate planning and activities and monitoring the daily on-site operations of AME Group.
Having over 34 years of experience in the construction and property development industries. Began his career in Syarikat Asia Mechanical Engineering in 1984 as a Contract Executive.
Appointed as an Executive Director in January 1986 when Syarikat Asia Mechanical Engineering Sdn Bhd was incorporated. Founded AME Construction in 1993. Co-founded Asiamost in 1994, AME Engineering and AME Development in 2008. Brainchild behind “I-Park”, an industrial development project.
He has been oversaw the construction and development of more than 200 projects in Malaysia.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Simon Lee Sai Boon

Responsible for the M&E engineering services division of AME Group.
Started his career in Oriental Assemblers Sdn Bhd in June 1988 as a trainee engineer & having over 24 years of experience in construction and property development industries.
Co-founded Asiamost together with Kelvin Lee Chai and build construction projects and was appointed as a Director of Asiamost in 1994.
Under his stewardship, Asiamost has since evolved into a M&E services provider that has provided many retrofit works in AME Group.
In March 1996, he was also appointed as a Director of AME Construction and has led a team for the development of i-Park @ SiLC, i-Park @ Indahpura, SME City, District 6 and I-Park @ Senai Airport City.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Lim Yook Kim

Responsible for the construction operation activities of AME Group.
Began his career as a mechanical welder in a steel fabrication company before 1976 & having over 50 years of experience in the construction industry.
Co-founded Syarikat Asia Mechanical Engineering which ran the business of steel fabrication in 1976 and was appointed as an Executive Director in January 1986.
Appointed as a Director of AME Construction in October 1993 and co-founded Amsun Capital Sdn Bhd in February 1997 together with Kang Ah Chee.
In 2008, he took a more active role in the management and business activities of AME Engineering.

Executive Director

Kang Ah Chee

Responsible for the construction operation activities of AME Group.
Began his career as mechanical welder in a steel fabrication company in 1972 & having over 46 years of experience in the construction industry.
Co-founded Syarikat Asia Mechanical Engineering which was involved in steel fabrication in 1976 and was appointed as an Executive Director in January 1986 & been appointed as a Director of AME Construction in October 1993.
Together with Lim Yook Kim, he was involved in incorporating Amsun Capital Sdn Bhd, an internal heavy equipment and machinery hiring company in February 1997 that improved construction productivity that resulted in cost savings for AME Group.

Senior Executive

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Cheryl Lim Pei Shi

Responsible for the overall sales and marketing of the property development division.
Joined AME Development Sdn Bhd as a marketing administration executive in August 2011 and was promoted to the position of Assistant Marketing Manager in February 2012.
In February 2013, she was appointed as the Marketing Director of AME Development Sdn Bhd and primarily responsible for sales and marketing activities which include sales strategic planning, promotional activities and event launches.

DIRECTOR CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Eric Kang Koh Wei

Responsible for contract and project management of the construction division of AME Group.
Joined AME Construction as a Project Engineer in 2007 and within 6 years, he was promoted to the position of Project Director in June 2013.
Appointed as a Director of AME Construction in August 2013 where his role comprised of directing and overseeing the business divisions and the corporate department as well as implementing initiatives and directing projects which entail the supervision of people, process and technology.
Also responsible for the pre-construction and operational activities related to project portfolio and overall business development

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING DIVISION

Vincent Lim Khai Wen

Responsible for overall operations, business development and strategic planning of the engineering division of AME Group.
Approximately 11 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Prior experiences include developing strategic business plans, developing new businesses and managing of the project such as IT networking, CCTV surveillance system, security alarm system and cabling systems.
Appointed to the board of Directors of AME Engineering on September 2008 and was made the Managing Director in January 2018. Son to Lim Yook Kim, brother to Cheryl Lim Pei Shi and nephew to both Kelvin Lee Chai and Simon Lee Sai Boon

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Gregory Lui Poh Sek

Responsible for the overall financial, corporate and treasury matters of AME Group & tarted joining AME Group as a Group Financial Controller in 2016.
Qualified chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since August 1997 and a professional member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants since March 1997.
Having more than 25 years experience in auditing, corporate financial management, operational control and administration.
As a Senior Vice President of Finance in Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) in 2010, he was responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures, finance, accounting, budgeting as well as treasury matters.

DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR OF M&E DIVISION

Razal bin Ahmad

Responsible for managing and leading the Contract & Procurement, Project and Maintenance departments in Asiamost.
Also involved in the operation of the business including strategic business planning, new business development, financial control, sales and marketing
and having over 25 years of experience working in the mechanical and electrical industry, with roles in supervising and managing mechanical and electrical works installation.
Joined Asiamost Sdn Bhd in 1996 as a project coordinator and was subsequently promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director in 2016

PROJECT DIRECTOR (CONSTRUCTION)

Teo Kian Jin

Responsible for the implementation of the quality control procedures within AME Construction, preparation of tender documents, and the management of project operations.
Having over 36 years of experience working in the construction industry including involvement in designing multi-storey flats, supervising and managing of both public housing and industrial building projects.
Joined AME Construction as Senior Project Manager in 2006 and was subsequently promoted to the position of Project Director in May 2011
